MANAGEMENT

Founder and General Manager is a former U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) A-Team communications expert. Lew’s communications training at Fort Bragg, NC included radio wave theory, the transmission and receiving of classified encrypted documents using AM, FM, VHF, UHF, CW and International Morse Code. While in Vietnam, Lew supported his teammates and his own missions while out on operations along the Cambodian border managing emergency radio calls for artillery, helicopter gunship and medevac support.

After returning home, Lew completed his studies in Economics and in 1999 was appointed Chief Energy Management Officer for the City of Washington, DC government. Among his responsibilities was the development of the municipal’s emergency Y2K energy management plan. Lew presently holds Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) certificates for National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Radio Interoperability and Introduction to Exercises. Additionally, Lew has received Enterprise Mobility Management Solutions accreditation from BlackBerry.

Michael “Mike” Moss

    Michael “Mike” Moss is a professional IT engineer and manager with 15 years of experience supporting clients such as Toyota, joins AEM7P as Senior IT Manager. Mike supervised solutions for Toyota’s HR multi-country operations. The solutions Mike developed moved Toyota from a multiple system to one unified HR system. The system is still being utilized today. Mike holds a B.S. Degree in Social Work and a Masters of Public Administration. Mike’s extensive experiences also include:

    • Oracle, PeopleSoft & SAP full life cycle
    • Cisco, F5, Microsoft and Dell
    • Database, Datacenter, Technical Functional

    U.S. Army veteran Nixon “Nick” Guerrier is an 18 year veteran Telecommunication’s engineer with extensive management and supervisory experience of Network Operations. Nick managed day-to-day activities of Tier1 - Tier3 NOC activities that served to resolve customer issues and network events related to domestic and international long distance services on a VOIP and TDM based network. He joins AEM7P as Senior Telecommunications Manager. Nick holds B.S. Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. Nick’s extensive experiences also include:

    • SIP and SS7 signaling hierarchy and call flow for troubleshooting
    • Troubleshooting all elements of Tier2 to Tier3 troubles of SIP, TDM,
    • Network, Alarms, Juniper Routers, Solarwind, Palladion, VOIP and SBCs.
    • Knowledge base of Juniper and Cisco routers with installation and operations
    • Focus areas included: Call Centers, Internal enterprise voice, dial plans, IVRs, Call recording, SBCs, SIP and VoIP

    Nixon “Nick” Guerrier


    U.S. Air Force veteran Latasha “LA” Thym is  a 15 year veteran of data center management with experience that includes planning of data center floor space scalability for future build and optimal capacity standards, joins AEM7P as Data Center Solutions Manager. LA has managed installation/configuration of network hardware and software, installation/configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software. LA’s additional experience include:

    • Enforcing industry standards in implementing and improving airflow
    • Installation and maintenance of in-cabinet distribution units to ensure redundancy
    • Time management for completion of project tasks in support of IT and user projects
    • Installed, terminated and tested cat6 and fiber optic cables
    • Organized cables and wires to industry standards

    Latasha “LA” Thym


    Jaylan “Jay” Beverly joins AEM7P as Project Manager, Help Desk Services. Jay brings 10 years of comprehensive computer systems technical support and Help Desk management and supervision. Jay’s experience includes diagnostic, system installation, repair, recovery, data management and issues resolution for both individuals and small businesses. Jay has provided network installation access and connectivity services as well as troubleshooting network operating system software and hardware issues.  Jay’s additional experience include:

    • Provided business staff training and individual user tutorials on new and existing technology
    • Supervised data analysis staff
    • Instituted and supervised efficient data entry and maintenance procedures
    • Managed Help Desk operations serving three office locations
